INSTRUCTIONS
1. Position the adjustable binder over the affected area, either abdomen or ribs.
2. Wrap around the abdomen and secure with adjustable fasteners to your desired compression. Do not wear whilst showering. Can be worn within 72 hours of an acute injury in accordance with the R.I.C.E method (rest, ice, compression an elevation of the limb post-injury).
